Having implemented Oracle business applications for customers across the world we understand the need for a “get-it-right-the-first-time” approach. To enable this, we realize that it is crucial to have a proven, structured method to guide the implementation, manage risk, and avoid missteps. We therefore adopt Oracle’s Application Implementation Method (AIM Advantage) for implementing all Oracle business applications. Why AIM? AIM Advantage Framework

AIM Advantage uses project phasing to include quality and control checkpoints and allow coordination of project activities throughout the implementation. During a project phase, the project team will execute tasks in several processes. Find below a graphical representation of the AIM Advantage Framework.

Not just the methodology but also every member in the team focuses on top-quality results, comprehensive documentation, and efficient transfer of knowledge to clients. We adopt a parallel implementation model where the onsite technical consultants are engaged in a high level of client interaction, workshop facilitation, and knowledge transfer whereas the offshore development team parallely performs all development activities swiftly and efficiently.
